This product is an excellent solution for both men and women – it can be used as a shaving bar, and as a deep facial cleansing bar.
It is made using the same method as a shampoo bar – it shares the same surfactant base (Sodium cocoyl isethionate and Cocamidropopyl betaine) but with many more nourishing butters and oils, to make sure that the extended contact of lather on the skin does not cause any dryness or irritation.
The mix of shea butter and BTMS-25 will nourish the skin. In this bar we will also use agar agar, a natural and vegan gelling agent obtained from algae, which will contribute to hardening the bar and creating a very rich and lotion-like lather.
The lavender essential oil will soothe the skin and the peppermint essential oil will leave it with a pleasant after-shave tingle and freshness.
