Biography: 1962 Born in in Buenos Aires, Argentina 1983 Starts workingas a freelance artist in Buenos Aires 1984 Works abroad in USA 1988 Moves to Vienna (his paternal grandparents are Austrian) 1988–93 Studies painting at the Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna (graduates) 1989 Studies abroad in Israel 1993 Moves to Lower Austria 1995 Studies abroad in Argentina 1996 Studies abroad on the Sinai Peninsula 1999 Completes work on the painting Mountain Range (59 in. x 469 in.) on which he has worked for 2 years 2000 Sets up his studio in Ireland where he has been living in Ireland ever since 2006 Presentation of the book ›The Triumph of Nature‹ as part of a solo exhibition at the Feria International del Libro show in Argentina. 2008 Founding of the HELMUT DITSCH ARTFACTORY for art, music, fashion and design. First conceptual designs for the Le Mans race car HD1. 2009 Presentation of the book ›The Triumph of Painting‹ at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair.
