Today we wrapped the principal photography for the next @ollie_t_gtr music video! Can’t wait to share the song (it’s a banger!) and the video with you all. I think we’re going to go to surprising places with this one. My goal was to try things I would never dare to try with Ollie’s other musical endeavours. My motto was basically this: if it feels familiar, go to opposite direction. I used some camera tricks and hardware on this one I’ve never used in a project before. As for the story I got to do things I usually can’t do. It was all so refreshing you wouldn’t believe! I honestly didn’t know if it was going to work or not and that kept things interesting. Suffice to say I’m equally excited and terrified of the impending release… 📸: @tiiaohman
Сегодня мы завершили основную съемку следующего музыкального видео клипа @ollie_t_gtr! Не могу дождаться, чтобы поделиться песней (это потрясающе!) и видео со всеми вами. Я думаю, что с этим клипом мы отправимся в удивительные места. Моей целью было попробовать то, на что я никогда бы не решился в других музыкальных начинаниях Олли. Мой девиз был в основном таким: если это кажется знакомым, иди в противоположном направлении. Я использовал некоторые приемы камеры и аппаратное обеспечение, которые никогда раньше не использовал в проекте. Что касается истории, то мне пришлось делать то, что я обычно не могу делать. Все это было так освежающе, вы не поверите! Честно говоря, я не знал, сработает это или нет, и это делало все интересным. We leave you with a photo gallery of some of the year’s highlights - and there were many! From our memorable 20th Anniversary Tour to creating music for Alan Wake 2, and especially that one scene that already seems to have earned its place in video game history (which just blows our gamer minds). We had a real-world #1 album with a band that only exists in a fictional universe - talk about fiction rewriting reality! This year we played to our biggest audiences ever, both in Finland and globally, and once again we thank You for coming to see us, sometimes over great distances - you are just heroes, each and every one of you! 🤘 For the first time in (at least) 20 years, we go to the new year with no concrete plans, deadlines or major projects underway. We wanted to take a breather from everything, and just concentrate on those famous little things for now. But as you know, everything starts small, and ”no plans” can suddenly turn into ”so much going on”...
