I once watched an interview with Marko from @poetsofthefallband (can’t remember when it was from now). But about @ollie_t_gtr he said ‘…and he never stops smiling’. And he adorns a beautiful smile that lights up his face, broadcasting his passion for what he does. It’s really lovely to see.

3 Concerts in a row! Touring with @poetsofthefallband is always sure to leave me exhausted and very happy. I am so grateful to this band, for their breathtaking music, for the great friends I have made through shows, for how they make time for us fans. This week has been chaotic, I am aching all over, but it was all worth it. I got to take mad selfies with Jani, cuddle Tuomas for warmth, hold Marko's hand and talk to him, tell Captain to think twice about priority passes next time, wave at Olli and Jaska because they kept their distance this show. I've first heard @poetsofthefallband at around 2015, then later with their release of Carnival of Rust and more recently with Control and Alan Wake 2, and they've consistently delivered great songs. This was my first time seeing them live and it was quite impressive: besides some issues that were not at all the band's fault they started a bit late, but they delivered more than I definitely expected, with loads of songs, interaction with the crowd and immense energy for a band that has been on the road for 20 years. They definitely went to my top bands to see live! Thanks again electric ballroom for the opportunity, it's always great shooting there!

Alan Wake 2 is out now, and it has brand new music from our in-universe alter ego band Old Gods of Asgard! 🤘 We recorded the first demos of the new OGOA songs back in spring 2020 (I checked), so it’s been quite a long journey bringing them to life and integrating them in the game as well as they do. Нет, все совсем иначе! Многие еще не знают значения этого слова, поэтому в этом посте я готова разгадать для вас эту загадку.
"MUAH" - это аббревиатура сокращение 3 слов: " MAKE UP AND HAIR ARTIST" или "MAKE UP AND HAIR", что дословно переводится как "художник по макияжу и прическам" ("визажист и стилист- мастер по волосам"). То есть это сокращение названий профессий.
Некоторые используют еще более короткое сокращение "MUA", это мастер "make up artist", то есть человек, который делает только макияж, а вот слово "MUAH" рядом с именем человека - это визажист, который может намного больше - создавать цельный образ, с укладкой или прической, что намного ценнее и удобнее для клиентов.

A year-long (or actually closer to 1.5 year) project is done! What originally started as something like "hey, let's quickly film a few acoustic songs with a cellphone" turned into the much bigger Alexander Theatre Sessions. In the end, I co-arranged, co-recorded, co-performed, mixed, mastered, co-filmed, edited, color graded, and directed 12 songs and 12 videos, which often meant many sleepless nights waiting for my computer to render the 4K video masters just in time for the YouTube premiere. Of course I couldn't have done anything with all the talented people who worked on the project, so thanks to each and every one, you know who you are!

Our camera equipment as well as expertise got better along the way, we actually did film the first videos mostly with whatever random cameras we had access to, including phones and tablets. In the final videos we already had better tech and better idea of where we should place the cameras etc, which also meant much less sweating for me in the edit.

I originally didn't want to take director credit for the videos, since I didn't think these types of videos really have a "director", but other band & crew members insisted, so I guess I can now say I'm a music video director, at least in some small capacity. Would also be cool to try directing a "story" video, but well, first we need to finish some songs, and I still feel there are other people much superior for directing videos.

Anyway, here we are, now I will rest a bit, maybe play some Cyberpunk 2077. A million thanks for watching the videos and listening to the songs, and for joining the fun premiere chats. Hope to do it soon again!
