A word about "Lavra Nebesnaya" ( Lavra in Heaven )
The pure and simple Orthodox prayer that sacred were honoured with - is the perfect reflexion of the connection between human being (?) and God as a source of truth and force of life. Veritable names, harmonious sounds, unique picturesque and plastic images in art are perfect - if they reflect the higher spiritual reality. It's difficult to translate the word "Nebesnaya" to foreign languages. It means "without evil", (*) in other words "without damage", or "absolute". The words "sky" or "clouds" running downwind over the earth in a firmament cannot truly reflect the perfection and value of the spiritual phenomena corresponding to Kyiv's Lavra, because they cannot reflect the sufficient depths of content and strength.
The Sacred Uspenskaya Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra has its own special value in the lives of Orthodox believer that are under the Divine Intercession of "Holy Russ". In the spiritual world it is Lavra in the Heaven. (**) That is why the jeweller composition by "Lobortas&Karpova" Classical Jewellery House received its name during the creative process.
There is nothing superfluous in "Lavra Nebesnaya", the symbolic of images are very laconic. An abundance of elements, (***) technical complexity of the applied jewellers skills, variety of materials used in the work -- all this, leads our consciousness to the thought of Holy Trinity - the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit showed as the Dove, soaring over shining beams of unique brilliants. As accepted in the icon-painting, The Mother of God and The Ever Virgin Maria in "Lavra in Heaven" showed (****) as "the precious star of Mother Maria". And as if "on the guard of Lavra" stand St. Antoni and St. Theodosiy Pecherski. Their figures are located (*****) on a crosswise pedestal at the left and the right of the visual central part of the composition -- the unique natural amethyst druses fettered by silver. A soft blinking of these marvelous violet and lilac grain-stones symbolizes the rich inner world of true monks and high spiritual authority of the sacred elders of the Orthodox Church. If to glance, inside the druses "the spiritual light" shines in sacred souls where the Holy Spirit lives: invincible, eternal, free of evil, fast as a dove in the sky.
Our "similar to heavens - Kyiv's Lavra" inseparably linked with the holy invisible spiritual world named "The Kingdom of the Holy Spirit", as pronounced in Slav Church Language "Tsarstvie Nebesnoye", where "The Holy Lavra Nebesnaya" as a part of "The Holy Russ". On top of the jeweler composition, as in real Lavra Pecherskaya, "topaz clouds" are crowned with golden crosses over silhouettes of the Uspensky Cathedral, temples of the upper Monastery and The Great Lavra Bell Tower. Also attention attract scatterings of "true brilliants - souls of saints of Kyiv Pecherski ", glorified by Orthodox Church. They are already not on Earth, they are in "The Kingdom of heaven" that is "not from this world". (*******) "Lavra Nebesnaya" - is the reference point of "The Kingdom of the Holy Spirit" for Orthodox soul on Earth. In the Orthodox Church Christian soul can approach the higher spiritual reality and realise the prime aim of its own existence.
