упаковка лаваша (я взяла вместо лаваша круглые лепешки)

400 гр. плавленного сыра

150-200 гр. ветчины

2 огурчика

майонез

свежая зелень

Пошаговое описание рецепта

Подготавливаем продукты.

Лаваш мажем тонким слоем майонеза. Если майонез не использовать, рулетики будут суховатыми.

Затем плавленным сыром.

Сверху выкладываем мелко порезанную ветчину, огурчики, зелень. Посыпаем молотым перцем.

Заворачиваем поплотнее в рулеты. Отправляем на  60 минутв холодильник, чтобы они пропитались. Затем разрезаем на рулетики толщиной примерно 3 см.
