REVEALING AND PERSONAL EDUCATION OF TEENAGERS ENTHUSIASTIC AND CLEVER AT TECHNOLOGY

The system for revealing and personal training/education of teenagers enthusiastic and clever at technique is suggested. Such teenagers are revealed on the basis of technical centers for bright children and teenagers and their training should comprise individually composed program of studies and occupation in large industrial enterprises under contol of a methodologist. The results of investgation of Russian legal basis and current situation in such centers based in Moscow are presented to analyse possibilities for creation of the said system. It is shown that the existing system of school Olympic games does not satisfty needs for revealing bright children and teenagers and does not grant them any privileges.
