There are many different threats that your computer can be exposed to when using the internet. Having awareness of how your computer may be infected, together with ensuring you have reputable antivirus software installed, can help save your computer from a disaster. Here are the most common scenarios in which a virus can make it onto your computer:
Accepting things without clearly reading them first
On occasion, when browsing the internet, you may be asked to install a unique plug-in, or a pop-up window appears telling you that your computer is infected. While the latter can be particularly alarming, don’t be tempted to click on it. Make sure that you read everything clearly before accepting any prompts or saying “Yes” to something. If you don’t understand it or it seems odd to you, then chances are you shouldn’t be accepting it.
Furthermore, if you’re installing a program, always make sure that you uncheck any boxes that prompt you to install anything in addition to the core installation. This is because these additional programs may be designed to covertly monitor your actions when using your computer.
Downloading software or other programs from questionable sources
Don’t download anything from the internet if you’re unsure of the validity of the source. In other words, make sure that any downloads you make are done from a website that you know is legitimate. Another good idea in this regard is to run any download you make through both antivirus and anti-spyware software.
Opening email attachments from unknown or questionable sources
If you find an email in your inbox that you weren’t expecting to receive, don’t bother opening it. Such emails cannot be trusted, because they may contain programming language (code) that can infect your computer. They may also contain attachments that could potentially do the same thing. Even if an email that you have been sent originates from a source that you are familiar with, you should still exercise caution if you really must open an attachment. Links contained in emails are also something you should be wary of. If you’re unsure of where the link is going to take you, then it’s just better to avoid the risk and refrain from opening it.
Inserting or connecting infected disks or drives

Note that anything external that you can insert or plug into your computer can potentially infect it with a virus. For instance, if you aren’t completely sure whether there's a virus lurking on a CD or pen drive, then don’t take the risk of attaching it or inserting it in your computer.
Not keeping your computer updated
Many updates provided by the creator of your operating system are security-oriented, and therefore, it simply makes sense to keep your computer fully updated at all times. Furthermore, always ensure that you’re running the very latest version of your web browser.

Ingredients (Serves 6)
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°Fahrenheit. Add the rice, black beans, corn, salsa, chicken broth, chili powder and oregano to an 8x8 inch baking dish. Stir the ingredients to combine. 2. Cut the chicken breast into three pieces and add into the mix. Submerge the chicken into the liquid as far as possible. 3. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour. The rice should be tender and the liquid absorbed. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Then return to the oven and bake until the cheese has melted. Top with green onions and serve. |

Add the cooked chicken slices, steamed broccoli and cooked bacon to the pasta mix, folding everything together, and serve. |

3. Honey Dijon Chicken This dish, consisting of chicken, potatoes and broccoli marinated and drizzled with a delicious honey dijon glaze, is easy to throw together on a busy weeknight. |

Directions: 1. For the marinade, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil with honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Put aside half the sauce for later and use half to marinate the chicken for one hour. 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F and toss the potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of salt. Place on a foil-lined pan and lay the chicken breast on top. Add the broccoli and drizzle the remaining sauce. 3. Bake for 35 minutes until the chicken has cooked through and the potatoes are tender. |

Forgetting Boring or Mundane Details
Problem: You tend to forget meetings, addresses, passwords and phone numbers, as well as historic dates and birthdays.
Don't take it hard. In a reality where we are flooded with huge amounts of information, the brain isn't able to process everything at once. Even though it has a folder called 'declarative memory' where it plans to keep factual information of this kind, it isn't made to remember such things, and if we don't make a special effort to remember these facts, they will have a short shelf-life.
Solution: The only way to turn boring information into part of our long-term memory is to store it correctly so we can access it later. If we don't make a conscious effort, it will be gone. The best way to do this is to add meanings, as we are configured to remember such things. For example: Connect a memory to something else you never forget, like a holiday. "My niece's birthday is 2 weeks after New Year's Eve."
Another great way to remember boring facts and lists is to construct a short and simple story. For instance, if you need to remember a list of numbers, break them down into a few numbers and give each a part of the story. So, if you need to remember the number 821576 (as a password or code), you can imagine a story in which an 82-year-old grandfather has 15 grandchildren and is married to a 76-year-old named Margaret. The more details you give the story (his name is Jack and he is a retired race car driver), the easier it will be to recall these numbers.

3 Exercises to Combat Knee and Hip Pain.
Though you may not have given it much thought, your ankles and their range of motion can have an effect on your knees and hips. In fact, when your ankles are not able to achieve a 360-degree range of motion, your knees take on a side to side motion, causing pain in the knee and consequently, the hip. These three exercises will help bring mobility back to your ankles, relieving pain in your hips and knees.
Your Weekly Regime: Proceed with these 3 simple corrective movements at least 3 times a week, in order to build your range of motion and increase flexibility.
1. Low Rocking Squat

Here's How: Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, coming into a low squat. For an easier modification, place your heels over a higher surface (as shown in the image). You may also place an exercise block under your buttocks for extra support. Keep your hands together in front of your chest and press your elbows against your inner knees. From here, lean your weight to one side (as shown in image A), then rock back to the other side (as shown in image B). Continue to rock side-to-side for 30 seconds.
2. 3-Point Half Kneeling Mobility

Here's How: Set yourself up in a half kneeling position in front of a wall. You may hold onto a foam roller or a surface for balance if needed. Bend your front knee at 90 degrees, keeping your knee over the ankle, as shown in image A. Then lean your weight and hips forward until your front knee touches the wall (see image B). Hold this position for 5 seconds then return to starting position A. Repeat for another two times, this time angling your knee to the right and then, to the left. Repeat on the other leg.

CareerBuilder.com’s hiring forecast showed that 39 percent of U.S. employers said they plan to hire bilingual candidates, and half said that if they had two equally qualified candidates, they would be more inclined to hire the bilingual one.
Learning a language has shown to add between 10–15% to your wage, according to language specialist recruitment agency, Euro London.
This only goes to show that learning a language is a wise investment for anyone, at any age, whether you’re preparing to enter the workforce, or looking to expand your opportunities.
Assuming an average salary of around $45,000, a 2% “language bonus” average over 40 years, and also a 1% raise annually, you’d have an extra $67,000 by the time you retire. Since you can learn a new language quickly with the right solution, that’s a pretty good investment of your time.
What’s more, salary bonuses vary depending on the exact language in which you’re proficient. Here’s a quick breakdown of a few different secondary languages and their annual bonuses as reported by The Economist:

2. Ensure you remember something If you want to make sure to remember something, timing is key. Encoding information before you go to sleep is one of the best ways to help your memory. You don't have to be from the U.S. to know of Walmart, the largest retail chain in the world. It is owned by the Walton family (possibly the richest family in the world). It has been around since 1962 and has since grown to unbelievable proportions.
Over the years they have opened stores all over the US, Canada and Mexico. And it doesn’t stop there. The Walton family and the Walmart Corporation own many other retail chains in 28 different countries, including: China, Germany, India, Brazil, and the UK. So even if you don’t live in the United States, you are probably still buying at Walmart, you just don’t know it.
So what makes this such a big deal?

Well the fact of the matter is that Walmart is so big, it's disturbing. When you hear about the size and the numbers that are attributed to Walmart, it’s hard not to think about things like "monopoly" and "exploitation". Here is some food for thought, I'm willing to bet that neither you nor your loved ones who shop there know all of this:
* Globally, Walmart says it employs 2.2 million people and it's very likely it employs even more then that. That huge number of people is more than America’s active military personnel (1.43 million) and almost the size of the Chinese army (2.29 million.)
* There are around 4,540 Walmart stores in the United States, more than double the number of stores in other food retail chains. There are even more Walmart International locations, over 6,301 as of March 31st 2015. More than 90% of its international stores operate under names other than Walmart, such as Asda, Bodega Aurrera, Seyiu, Best Price, Trust-Mart Hypermarket, and Todo Dia.

Typically a workout at the gym includes stretching, cardio, and/or weights. Though this regimen seems complete, it is missing something that could be vital—a visit to the sauna. Most gyms have one, but they are often overlooked because they are seen as a treat as opposed to something that will benefit one’s overall wellness. Many cultures include visits to a sauna as part of a routine to maintain their health thanks to the healing and cleansing properties of a sauna. These rooms will reach a temperature between 160 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with low humidity.
While working out does leave a person dripping with sweat, a sauna will provoke this same physical response without the effort of working out. When taking part in sweating in a sauna, the average person’s pulse will raise 30 percent as the blood flow works to cool the skin. While the circulatory system work on this, it is possible for a person to sweat out around 1 pint of fluid in as little as 20 minutes.
