Vizajust ( Олеся ) 

На сайте, который порекомендовала Леся, с пляцками и тортиками, также знайшлпа много хороших рецептик. 
Вот ада корж, который называется «Ангел». Он очень вкусный, нижненький, с вкусом кокоса ... мне несколько по вкусу напомнил Рафаэлло.

Приготовление:

Приготовление теста: 
- я забросила все ингредиенты в комбайн и замесила тесто (она получается довольно мягкое) - разделить тесто на 4 равные части - на посыпанной мукой доске розтачуваты лепешки (так тесто липкувате, мне очень не получилось розтачуваты, я руками растянула в самой форме для выпечки, смазанной маслом). - выпекаем в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке около 10 мин. Цвет имеет быть не кремово-коричневый, а светлый. - так выпекаем остальное лепешек.Приготовление крема: - в рондельку молоко, сахар и масло нарезанное кубиками доводим до кипения. - в блендере смешать сметану, яйца, крахмал, ваниль - теперь в яичную массу вливать горячую смесь и взбить. - смесь из блендера перелить в многочисленный рондельок и варить на малом огне, все время помешивать, до загустения.Перемазуваты лепешки горячим кремом (крем также делим на 4 части), сверху также нужно смазать кремом, а поверх посыпать кокосовой стружкой. Поставить в холодильник. Пробовали корж через пару часов - хороший, а через ночь - суперовый! аппетита чаепития и кофепития!
