Раньше я варила его из плавленного сыра в ванночках, но такой тип сыра исчез из продажи и теперь я использую простые плавленные сырки. Сырки выбираю хорошего качества.
Также мне не очень нравится привкус моркови в грибных блюдах, мне кажется морковь портит грибной аромат, потому к этому супу я готовлю пассеровку только из репчатого лука и шампиньонов, которую лучше всего жарить на сливочном масле.
Рекомендую использовать при подаче измельченную зелень петрушки, не укроп.
А вот еще один вкусный суп с шампиньонами, напоминающий по вкусу сырный, но без сыра
Грибной суп с молоком.
Варить на среднем огне 10-15 минут.
Следите, чтоб после закипания суп не сбежал.
Проверить готовность картофеля, вилка должна протыкать его без усилий.
По желанию на этой стадии можно натереть и добавить в суп пару зубчиков чеснока.
Подавать, посыпав суп зеленью петрушки.
Очень вкусно с подсушенным в тостере хлебом.
