  • ‎Taking medication. When taking medicines, be sure to consult your doctor about your consumption of green tea.‎

How much green tea can you drink per day‎

‎ Of course, the benefit of green tea depends on the amount you consume. Experts recommend drinking 10 to 29 mg of green tea per 1 kg of weight per day. De meeste mensen zijn meestal ontevreden over hun eigen kennis en proberen op welke manier dan ook het geheugen en de hersenfunctie te verbeteren. Lichaamsbeweging alleen is echter vaak niet genoeg.

De redenen voor overmatige afwezigheid en vergeetachtigheid kunnen immers talrijk zijn: het is overmatige vermoeidheid, slechte voeding, gebrek aan zuurstof als gevolg van sedentaire levensstijl, slechte gewoonten, enz.

Redenen voor overmatige afwezigheid en vergeetachtigheid kunnen talrijk zijn: het is overmatige vermoeidheid, slechte voeding, gebrek aan zuurstof als gevolg van sedentaire levensstijl

Dezelfde eieren, zuivelproducten, evenals bonen en gevogeltevlees bevatten ook adrenaline en dopamine, wat bijdraagt aan de toename, niet alleen fysieke, maar ook mentale activiteit.

Goede en gezonde voeding zal de hersenfunctie verbeteren

Het moet worden opgenomen in het dieet en tomaten, soja, dadels, vijgen, bananen en chocolade die serotine bevatten - het hormoon van vreugde. Het is niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor onze eetlust, seksuele verlangens, maar ook voor geheugen en leervermogen.
