Не знаете, что новенького приготовить? Я с удовольствием подскажу. Ароматные капустные оладьи, которые очень легко и просто приготовить. Вкуснейшие овощные оладьи с сыром, здорово... нежно...сочно... полезно...очень вкусны теплыми.

капуста 200 гр.,
молоко 1,5 % 300 мл.,
зелень 2 ст.л.,
сметана 1 ст.л.,
яйцо 1 шт.,
сыр твёрдый 50гр.,
соль/перец по вкусу,
мука 2-3 ст.л.,
разрыхлитель 1/4 ч.л.
сметана.

Сначала нужно подготовить капусту. Для этого ее нужно тонко нарезать и опустить в кипящее молоко.

Белокочанную капусту нужно проварить в молоке около 5 минут, цветной будет достаточно 2 минуты. После того, как капуста осядет, ее нужно перекинуть на сито и оставить остужать.

Остуженную капусту нужно переложить в миску и добавить туда тертый сыр, сметану, яйцо, мелконарезанную зелень и смесь муки и разрыхлителя. Солим и перчим наши будущие оладьи.

Перемешиваем тесто и оставляем в холодильнике на пол часа.

Пока капуста «застывает», выкладываем на противень пергамент и отставляем его.

Замерзшую капусту выкладываем в форме оладий на противень и ставим в духовку на 20-25 минут при температуре 180С.

Подавать наши оладьи лучше сразу, пока они горячие, полив их сметанкой.

Принципы системы здорового образа жизни давно разобраны на цитаты, на них ссылаются эксперты и горячо отстаивают последователи. Однако то, что они стандартны и, соответственно, подходят не всем, задумываются немногие. 5 правил, следование которым может ухудшить самочувствие человека.

Правило 1. «Сон 8 часов»

Сегодня появилась альтернативная точка зрения на количество сна, которое необходимо человеку. Ряд учёных из зарубежных профильных ведомств в результате множества тестов и исследований определили, что традиционные 8 часов — не самая оптимальная величина. Есть и такие люди, которым вполне достаточно спать 6–7 часов, чтобы чувствовать себя отдохнувшими. И им заставлять себя спать по 8 часов значит только ухудшать своё самочувствие.

А вообще, как утверждают специалисты, лучше обращать внимание не на количество сна, а на правильное время засыпания. Ложиться в кровать нужно не позднее 22:00. Это время считается наиболее оптимальным, так как организм ещё не страдает от чрезмерных перегрузок и способен полноценно расслабиться и отдохнуть. Если же затянуть хотя бы до 23:00, есть риск существенно снизить работоспособность мозга, что, естественно, скажется и на умственных особенностях, а также на концентрации внимания.

Правило 2. «Хлопья на завтрак»

На бегу, при нехватке времени, постоянных стрессах некогда уделять время полноценному питанию. И нередко в советах различных источников ЗОЖ можно встретить упоминание о необходимости употребления хлопьев на завтрак. Такая еда, как уверяют сторонники системы, экономит время и при этом насыщает организм человека всем необходимым.

Учёные же с подобными утверждениями в корне не согласны. Проведя ряд исследований, они выяснили, что в таких продуктах серьёзно завышено содержание сахара, соли и консервантов. А это здоровым питанием назвать уже довольно сложно. То же самое касается и быстрорастворимых каш — польза в них довольно условная, при этом вреда в разы больше.

Правило 3. «Утренний бег»

Лучи встающего солнца, свежий бодрящий ветерок или зимний снежок, хрустящий под ногами, — многие видят в предрассветной пробежке одну только романтику. При этом многие источники ЗОЖ убеждают, что именно утренний бег — самый полезный для здоровья.

На самом деле бегать можно в любое удобное для человека время — никакой принципиальной разницы в этом вопросе нет. А вот к ранней утренней пробежке у специалистов возникает немало вопросов. Так, например, нельзя срываться с места — организм должен проснуться. При этом на рассвете ему это сделать бывает довольно проблематично. А на быстрый подъём тело может отреагировать непредсказуемо — тахикардией, головокружением, проблемами с мышцами и связками.

Правило 4. «Чистка зубов после еды»

О том, что чистить зубы нужно регулярно, знают все. Причём, как уверяют многие специалисты, делать это нужно в том числе и после еды. А вот современные исследования показали, что 

это совсем не так. К примеру, если вы поели лимон, апельсин и прочие цитрусовые, не стоит сразу же бежать за зубной щёткой. Дело в том, что такие продукты существенно ослабляют зубную эмаль, и, если начать сразу же чистить зубы, можно её повредить. Если же очень хочется почистить зубы после такой пищи, стоит выждать не менее получаса.

Правило 5. «Соблюдение питьевого режима»

2 литра жидкости в сутки — норма, предписанная многими журналами и газетами, посвящёнными здоровому образу жизни. Дозировка была определена Отделом по пищевым продуктам и питанию при правительстве США. Тогда рассчитывали 1 мл на 1 ккал. При норме ежедневного потребления в 1900 ккал и появлялась цифра — 1900 мл жидкости в день. В 2004 году эти нормы были пересмотрены, пересчитаны, и сегодня медики советуют не пропускать приёмы пищи, а также утолять жажду, когда она появляется, а не потому, что так надо.

Как правильно питаться?

Ежедневно каждый человек должен потреблять с пищей жиры, белки, углеводы и комплекс витаминов и минералов. Количество этих компонентов может изменяться в зависимости от множества факторов: возраста, веса, роста, образа жизни и так далее. В современной жизни большинство продуктов питания сложно назвать полезной и правильной пищей. Но питаться нужно, иначе мы все просто погибнем.
Нормальный процесс жизнедеятельности напрямую зависит от организации питания человека с первых дней жизни. Так как же быть?
Питаться нужно равномерно, без резких перепадов количества принимаемой пищи. Лучше есть небольшими порциями, но 5 – 6 раз в день. При выборе продуктов питания стоит помнить: не всё красивое и новое означает, что оно натуральное и полезное.

Так, к примеру, крупы нужно выбирать не по цене, а по внешнему виду. Молочные продукты полезнее будут, если в них будет меньше всяких добавок и наполнителей (они, как правило, не являются натуральными). А вот мясную продукцию лучше выбирать по ценовой категории (чем выше цена, тем больше вероятность приобрести качественный продукт).

правильное питаниеОчень важным является употребление в пищу овощей и фруктов. Лучше употреблять их по сезонности, к примеру, ягоды полезнее будут летом в период их естественного созревания. Но для оптимизации рациона питания недостаточно выбрать качественные продукты, нужно ещё их правильно приготовить.
В современной жизни очень много заболеваний связанно именно с неправильным питанием. Полезнее употреблять в пищу запечённые и отварные блюда, при этом сократив жареные. Нужно увеличить употребление овощей, фруктов, орехов и всевозможных каш.

Стоит ограничить употребление продуктов с повышенным содержанием жиров, сахара, соли, сладких напитков и полуфабрикатов. Не секрет что еда, приготовленная из качественных продуктов в домашних условиях, будет куда полезнее чем фастфуд на улице или в кафе.

Современному человеку – в силу многих причин – проще перекусить где-нибудь, чем стоять у плиты. При этом мы забываем о прямом назначении питания, а именно снабжение организма всеми полезными (!) веществами.

It’s actually debatable whether Turkey was served or not during the First Thanksgiving of 1621, because colonist Edward Winslow’s account of the harvest feast at Plymouth simply mentions that pilgrims gathered “wild fowl”, which means they were just as likely to have feasted on ducks or geese as turkeys.

More than 200 years passed before turkey gained traction as the staple Thanksgiving meal. It was the rediscovery in 1856 of colonist William Bradford’s lost journal that marked the beginning of turkey becoming the Thanksgiving meal of choice. In his journal, Bradford made references to wild turkey being hunted in the fall of 1621.

This was further enshrined in American culture when President Lincoln declared Thanksgiving a national holiday in 1863. So there you have it! That’s how we all came to eat turkeys with our families every fourth Thursday of November.

Then he said 'We need a new cuckoo clock.'

When I asked him why, he said, 'Well, last night our clock cuckooed three times, then said 'oh cr*p.' Cuckooed 4 more times, cleared its throat, cuckooed another three times, giggled, cuckooed twice more, and then tripped over the coffee table and passed wind."
