After 37 years of marriage, Jake swapped his wife at a young secretary.

His new girlfriend insisted that they lived in a luxurious house and Jake Edit. And she made her as Jake's lawyers were trickier.

He gave Edith (now ex-wife) 3 days to ensure that it is moved out of the house. The first day she spent, packing their belongings into boxes and suitcases. On the second day she hired people who would help her carry all the stuff. On the third day Edith was the last time the village for a chic dining table, lit the candles, turned on some relaxing music and set the table.There were shrimp, caviar and a bottle of Chardonnay.

After completing the meal, she went into each room and starting cornices half-eaten shrimp covered with caviar. Returning to the kitchen, Edith tidied up and then left the house.

When Jake brought his new girlfriend, all was just gorgeous in the early days.

Then, gradually he began to appear in the house the smell. Newly pair struggled to get rid of the stench. They washed the floors throughout the house and is constantly ventilated. They cleaned all the carpets, checked all the valves - not bred there be rodents. Everywhere they were placed air fresheners. They even had to replace  flooring. Nothing helped.

Friends of the couple refused to come to visit them. Master did not agree to provide their services. Even dismiss the maid. In the end, they could no longer endure the horrific smell and decided to move out.

A month later, the pair did not manage to find a buyer for the house, which now exuded a horrific smell. The rumor went around the neighborhood, and all the realtors refused to work with this house. As a result, the pair had to borrow a large sum in the bank to purchase a new home.

Ex-wife phoned Jake to find out how things are going. He spoke about the poor condition of the house. After listening to Jake, Edith shared that she was terribly homesick. Then she added that she would have a little changed conditions in the marriage contract, if the house back to her.

Assuming that his ex-wife, and does not represent the scale of the disaster, Jake agreed on 10% of the value of the house, but on the condition that Edith will sign the necessary papers on the same day. She agreed, and within an hour's lawyers brought all the papers.

A week later, Jake and his girlfriend stood smiling as he watched pack their belongings for the move to a new home. They took with them all. Even removed the cornices.
