TRIBO- knowledge economy in the realm of Jojoba problems is either economy of knowledge focused on the economy of the producing and management of knowledge, or a SPECIAL knowledge-based economy. In the second meaning, more frequently used, it is a phrase that refers to the use of knowledge to produce economic benefits. The phrase was popularised if not invented by Peter Drucker as the heading to chapter 12 in his book The Age of Discontinuity [1].
Various observers describe today's global economy as one in transition to a "knowledge economy", or an "information society". But the rules and practices that determined success in the industrial economy of the 20th century need rewriting in an interconnected world where resources such as know-how are more critical than other economic resources.
And just such is the situation with the Tribologycal aspects of new knowledge as it is connected with the S t r u g l e for H o h o b a as well as with the political and economical problems of oil based on petroleum stocks as the base of industrial production.
These rules then need to be rewritten at the levels of firms and industries in terms of this new knowledge management and at the level of public policy as knowledge policy or knowledge-related policy.
An aspect of Tribologycal knowledge that has been largely forgotten in modern knowledge economy is clerar - thinking is wisdom as Dr. Salomom put it as early as in 60 – th of last century.
Wisdom in Tribo – knowledge invokes questions of judgement, ethics, experience and intuition, all of which are necessary for the best application of this sort of knowledge.
Here, there may be a need to differentiate with the Regional Economy of Israel.and Jordan that seems to have created wealth based more on services dependent on mass interconnectivity rather than on knowledge-based skills.

1.Contents

2.Concepts
A key concept of this Tribological sector of economic activity is that knowledge and can be treatedresearch activity as:
• A business product, as tribological and innovative intellectual products and services can be exported for a high value return.
• A productive asset
The initial foundation for the Knowledge Economy was first introduced in a book by Peter Drucker. In 1966 The Effective Executive, by Peter Drucker, described the difference between the Manual worker (page 2) and the knowledge worker. A manual worker works with his hands and produces "stuff". A knowledge worker (page 3) works with his head and produces ideas, knowledge, and information.
[3] Driving forces
Commentators in the spread of Tribological knowledge suggest that at least three interlocking driving forces are changing the rules of business and national competitiveness:
• Globalization – Tribological knowledge markets and products are more global.
• Information/Knowledge Intensity – Tribological knowledge efficient production relies on information and know-how; over 70 per cent of workers in developed economies are information workers; many factory workers use their heads more than their hands.
• Computer networking and Connectivity – Tribological knowledge developments such as the Internet bring the "global village" ever nearer.
As a result, Tribological knowledge goods and services can be developed, bought, sold, and in many cases even delivered over electronic networks.
As concerns the Tribological knowledge applications as of any new technology, it depends how it meets economic demand. Tribological knowledge then can stay dormant or get a commercial breakthrough (see diffusion of innovation).
[4] Characteristics
It can be argued that the Tribological knowledge economy differs from the traditional economy in several key respects:
• The Tribological knowledge economics is not of scarcity, but rather of abundance. Unlike most resources that deplete when used, information and knowledge can be shared, and actually grow through application.
• The effect of Tribological knowledge location is either
o diminished, in some economic activities: using appropriate technology and methods, virtual marketplaces and virtual organizations that offer benefits of speed, agility, round the clock operation and global reach can be created .
o or, on the contrary, reinforced in some other economic fields, by the creation of business clusters around centers of knowledge, such as universities and research centers having reached world-wide excellence.
• Laws, barriers and taxes are difficult to apply on solely a national basis. Tribological knowledge as the Knowledge in general has some sort of information "leak" to where demand is highest and the barriers are lowest.
• Tribological Knowledge enhanced products or services can command price premiums over comparable products with low embedded knowledge or knowledge intensity.
• Pricing and value of Tribological knowledge depends heavily on context. Thus the same information or Tribological knowledge can have vastly different value to different people, or even to the same person at different times.
• Tribological Knowledge when locked into systems or processes has higher inherent value than when it can "walk out of the door" in people's heads.
• Human capital -- competencies -- of Tribological knowledge are a key component of value in a knowledge-based company, yet few companies report competency levels in annual reports. In contrast, downsizing is often seen as a positive "cost cutting" measure.
• Communication in Tribological knowledge is increasingly being seen as fundamental to general knowledge flows. Social structures, cultural context and other factors influencing social relations are therefore of fundamental importance to Tribological knowledge economies.
These characteristics of Tribological knowledge require new ideas and approaches from policy makers, managers and knowledge workers.
Criticism:
• Much of the above theorising about the advent of a fundamentally new era in which economic activity is increasingly 'abstract', ie. disconnected from land, labour, and physical capital (machines and industrial infrastructure) is associated with the 'business management' literature of the 'new economy' NASDAQ bubble, which collapsed in 2001. This literature is known more for its hyperbole and faddishness than for its academic integrity.
[5] Similar concepts
Other terms for the concept include” Tribological knowledge “ or "Knowledge society" and "Knowledge wave", as in our case with Hohoda exploration is like catching or riding the "knowledge wave" in a similar manner that a surfer catches and rides a surf wave.
The demand of the knowledge transfer in this case after well known JOST Report was clear.
At that time 8-10%% of the GNP has been reported as the value of tribolosses in economy. And thus it was ”....like catching or riding the "knowledge wave" in a similar manner that a surfer catches and rides a surf wave” - in this way the demand of the economy at that time being the same ” … similar manner that a surfer catches and rides a surf wave”

TRIBO- knowledge as the way of solving “ JOJOBA – problem” .
Scope and activities of KE in TRIBO- knowledge JOJOBA – problem specific for the development of a knowledge-based system:
• Assessment of the problem
• Development of a knowledge-based system shell/structure
• Implementation of the structured knowledge into knowledge-bases
• Acquisition and structuring of the related information, knowledge and specific preferences
• Testing and validation of the inserted knowledge
• Integration and maintenance of the system
• Revision and evaluation of the system.
Being still more art than engineering, KE is not as neat as the above list in practice. The phases overlap, the process might be iterative, and many challenges could appear. Recently, emerges meta-knowledge engineering as a new formal systemic approach to the development of an unified knowledge and intelligence theory.
Knowledge Engineering Principles
Since the mid-1980s, knowledge engineers have developed a number of principles, methods and tools that have considerably improved the process of knowledge acquisition and ordering. Some of the key principles are summarized as follows:
• Knowledge engineers acknowledge that there are different types of knowledge, and that the right

“ Applying social and collaborative tools to business problems”

4. International Collaboranive Programms

5.Scope - collaborative tools( to work jointly in a project involving cooperation & research to be jointly accredited in the frame of JOST & related programs)
5.1 Sharing ideas of JOST & related programs along with information about it in a light, flexible framework enables dynamic collaboration between individuals and teams, and it is this "usefulness" to the business that our contribution to this conference explores.
5.2 Social Tools are changing the way we do business: Kevin Roberts, worldwide CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, recently claimed that tomorrow’s innovators will be “creative connectors”.
5.3 FaceBook is no longer just for individuals outside of work, but is arguably becoming the site of choice for making inter- and intra-organisational connections; major law firms encourage their employees to blog; wikis are often far more powerful and useful than standard resources and have replaced intranets in many instances as invaluable sources of information and communication throughout the enterprise.
5.3 RSS Feeds, Instant Messaging, tools for tagging, photo-sharing and social sites make communications easier and more effective and all can deliver greater involvement and transparency.

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines or podcasts. An RSS document, which is called a "feed," "web feed," or "channel," contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with their favorite web sites in an automated manner that's easier than checking them manually.
RSS content can be read using software called an "RSS reader", "feed reader" or an "aggregator". The user subscribes to a feed by entering the feed's link into the reader or by clicking an RSS icon in a browser that initiates the subscription process. The reader checks the user's subscribed feeds regularly for new content, downloading any updates that it finds.

5.4 Originators become real, human and influential, and for the new generation of techno-savvy professionals, the opportunities and applications are unbounded.

Having the opportunity to take part in a pre-conference workshop on The Effective Knowledge Worker, which will be held on 4 March we see “ Knowledge Networking “ as a new way of working where we can purposefully share our knowledge, and structure our work to learn from each other and strive to work more effectively together to get things done.
It also has the potential transform the way that we work and radically improve our effectiveness.

For more information, and to book a place at either event, we are going to visit: http://www.unicom.co.uk/product_detail.asp?prdid=1567

AND FOR EXAMPLE - here is one of extracts from our contribution on the subject as early as in 1980. Further publications on the subject lasted up to the year 2006.
Performance evaluation of cutting oils with “Heavy –duty” Complex SAC(surface active compounds )in drilling austenitic stainless steel
Abstract
The efficiency of SAC(surface active compounds) based cutting oils was evaluated in drilling AISI 316L austenitic stainless steel using conventional HSS-Co tools by measurements of tool life, tool wear, cutting forces and chip formation. HD-tools were tested with each fluid to catastrophic failure. Cutting forces and chip breaking were recorded for each bore, and tool wear was measured at constant intervals. A commercial mineral-based oil was taken as reference product, and five SAC(surface active compounds) -based cutting fluids at different levels of additivation were tested. All measured parameters were in agreement, confirming that a performing SAC(surface active compounds) based fluid produces longer tool life, better chip breaking, lower wear and cutting forces. In particular, good correlation was found between tool life and cutting forces. Differences in cutting forces due to the SAC(surface active compounds) based fluid could be measured with a higher repeatability than tool life, thus resulting in a measurement capability comparable to that obtained using tool life as a performance criterion. As a consequence, it is suggested that drilling thrust can be used to assess the performance of SAC(surface active compounds) based cutting fluids in drilling stainless steel, resulting in considerable time savings and cost reduction with respect to tool life testing. All of SAC(surface active compounds) based cutting fluids in drilling stainless steel, performed better than the reference product. The best performance was obtained with a SAC(surface active compounds) based cutting fluid yielding 177% increases in tool life and 7% reduction in thrust force.
