As a result of growth our company looks for Senior Technical Support Engineers. 
We welcome the candidates who meet the following requirements:
	WindowsNT/2000/XP/2003 administration experience 
	Experience with UNIX systems
	Network administration experience
	RDBMS administration experience (MSSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2) 
	Web Server and servlet runners administration experience (Web Sphere, Tomcat, JRun, IIS) 
	Mail Servers administration experience
	Solid understanding of HTTP protocol
	Solid knowledge of the H323, and SIP protocols
	Experience with CTI technologies will be a plus
	Experience with PBX(s) will be a plus
	English (reading\writing\speaking)
Personality characteristics:
	Good communication skills
	Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
	Good learnability skills
	Ability to work within a team 
	Ability to work with minimal supervision
Previous experience of working in Software Technical support  considered as plus but not mandatory requirement, candidates working in the past as DBA, System\Network administrators or developers may fit into our search scope
