Пармиджанино (Parmigianino) (настоящее имя Франческо Джироламо Маццола, Mazzola) (11 января 1503, Парма — 24 сентября 1540 года, Казальмаджоре, Ломбардия), итальянский художник, один из крупнейших живописцев маньеризма.Родился в семье живописца Ф. Маццолы, который и был его главным наставником в искусстве. Позднее получил обычное для той эпохи топонимическое прозвище («уроженец Пармы»).

Испытал влияние Рафаэля и Микеланджело, но в первую очередь Корреджо, именно в этом городе создавшего свои главные произведения. Кроме живописных работ виртуозное мастерство художника Пармиджанино, как графика, проявилось также в его многочисленных рисунках и в первых в Италии офортах.
