John Blow's 1683 opera "Venus and Adonis" features a "gavatt" tune to which a french solo entree was here adapted to a trio. The dancers are Daniel Gariepy, Alexis DaSilva Powell and Stephanie Brochard.

The choreography is drawn from L.G. Pecour's 1700 multi-partite dance, 'La Bourgogne'. Members of La Belle Danse here include Daniel Gariepy, Jill Chadroff and Suzanne Paterson.
Members of "La Belle Danse" baroque dance company perform "Aimons Tout Nous Y Convie". Choreographed by Louis Pecour and notated by R.A. Feuillet in 1704, this gentle dance in triple time was originally performed by M. Balon and Mlle Subligny in a revival of J.B. Lully's tragedie lyrique "Thesee" (originally composed in 1675).
