Málaga [1] is a large city in the southern Spanish region of Andalucia and capital of the Malaga Province. The largest city on the Costa del Sol, Malaga has a typical Mediterranean climate and is also known as the birthplace of the artist Picasso. The city offers beaches, hiking, architectural sites, art museums, and excellent shopping and cuisine. While more laid back than Madrid or Barcelona, Malaga is still the center and transport hub for the hugely popular Costa del Sol region, which is flooded with tourists in the summer, and the city has certainly cashed in on the sun and sand, with lots of new construction as well as hotels and facilities geared to tourists. However, Malaga also offers some genuinely interesting historical and cultural attractions in its old city and its setting on the coast is still beautiful.

Málaga [1] es una ciudad grande en la región meridional española de Andalucía y capital de la provincia de Málaga. La ciudad más grande de la Costa del Sol, Málaga cuenta con un clima mediterráneo típico y también es conocido como el lugar de nacimiento del artista Picasso. La ciudad ofrece playas, excursiones, sitios arquitectónicos, museos de arte y excelentes tiendas y gastronomía. Mientras más relajado que Madrid o Barcelona, Málaga sigue siendo el centro y el centro de transporte de la popular región de la Costa del Sol, que se inunda de turistas en el verano, y la ciudad ciertamente ha cobrado en el sol y la arena, con muchas de nueva construcción, así como hoteles e instalaciones orientadas a los turistas. Breaking 50
It seems that you've hit fifty at one hell of a pace
Perhaps that's why they call it the "Human Race".
So time to slow down and give it a rest,
At fifty years old you're not at your best!
Too young to just sit or potter around,
Too old to sneak in and not make a sound.
Your bones may ache, your muscles complain,
For over half a century they've taken the strain.
But fifty now days is not really old,
Though wrinkles appear and you may have gone bald
It merely denotes a shift in your view,
When children now say 'Old' they're referring to you.
But now's not the time to get morose or depressed,
For many; middle age is often the best.
The time to be glad for all that they've done,
To cherish the time they spent having fun.
To plan for tomorrow - the dreams yet to see.
And praise the Lord you're not yet sixty!
