The Imagin'ario Duriense Museum, inaugurated in January 2009, is located at Rua Macedo Pinto in Tabuaco. Belonging to the network of Douro Museums, its objective is to preserve, study, exhibit and interpret objects that represent the identity, culture, history and development of the demarcated region of Alto Douro Wine Region. The Imagin'ario Duriense Museum, with free admission, is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm. On Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Sundays and holidays Closed. Whenever justified, the Museum may be open, as long as visits are scheduled in advance.
