Daniel Radcliffe believes a Harry Potter reboot is inevitable

Daniel Radcliffe: 'I know I'm not the last Harry Potter' https://t.co/LVTGuNPy3E

— MSN Entertainment (@MSN_Entertain) February 12, 2019

- Daniel Radcliffe is currently promoting his new TBS comedy 'Miracle Workers', and after talking about how quickly projects are getting rebooted nowadays, had this to say about a possible Harry Potter reboot:

“It feels like there’s a sacredness around them at the moment, but that’ll go; the shine will wear off at some point,” he said, laughing. “It’ll be interesting if they reboot them and just do the films again or do a series. I’m fascinated to watch.”

- He also pointed out that with the success of the stage play, there have been other actors other than himself who have played The Boy Who Lived.

ONTD, would you be into a rebooted HP or does the world need a break from this franchise?

Kanye doesn't like how Kim does her own make-up

Apparently Kanye West Doesn't Like How Kim Kardashian, a Beauty Mogul, Does Her Makeup https://t.co/70CtXThEXq pic.twitter.com/qW1ulfVPyG

— Cosmopolitan (@Cosmopolitan) February 12, 2019

She might have a multi-million dollar beauty empire behind her, but Kim Kardashian's own husband isn't a fan of the way she does her make-up.

Mario Dedivanovic, who is Kim's longtime make-up artist and friend, held a masterclass this weekend in LA, and was joined by Kim herself who let it slip that Kanye isn't a fan of her make-up looks.

“Kanye is actually really opinionated sometimes. He will come in and be like, ‘You know your blush is a little heavy.’ Or say, ‘What are you doing? That’s not the shape of your lip.'”

Kim even revealed that Kanye calls Mario on a regular basis to come and fix her make-up because he's not impressed with the way she does it herself. “He will call Mario without telling me! And Mario shows up without me knowing and he is like, ‘Oh Kanye called me and said it was a makeup emergency.'”

Parkland: Birth of a Movement

On the first anniversary of the events at Parkland, the acclaimed, New York Times bestselling author of Columbine offers an intimate, deeply moving account of the extraordinary teenage survivors who became activists and pushed back against the NRA and feckless Congressional leaders—inspiring millions of Americans to join their grassroots #neveragain movement.

Nineteen years ago, Dave Cullen was among the first to arrive at Columbine High, even before most of the SWAT teams went in. While writing his acclaimed account of the tragedy, he suffered two bouts of secondary PTSD. He covered all the later tragedies from a distance, working with a cadre of experts cultivated from academia and the FBI, but swore he would never return to the scene of a ghastly crime.

But in March 2018, Cullen went to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School because something radically different was happening. In nearly twenty years witnessing the mass shootings epidemic escalate, he was stunned and awed by the courage, anger, and conviction of the high school’s students. Refusing to allow adults and the media to shape their story, these remarkable adolescents took control, using their grief as a catalyst for change, transforming tragedy into a movement of astonishing hope that has galvanized a nation.

The Lost Girls of Camp Forevermore

A group of young girls descend on a sleepaway camp where their days are filled with swimming lessons, friendship bracelets, and songs by the fire. Filled with excitement and nervous energy, they set off on an overnight kayaking trip to a nearby island. But before the night is over, they find themselves stranded, with no adults to help them survive or guide them home.

The Lost Girls of Camp Forevermore traces these five girls through and beyond this fateful trip. We see them through successes and failures, loving relationships and heartbreaks; we see what it means to find, and define, oneself, and the ways in which the same experience is refracted through different people.

You Are Here

You Are Here is Dawn Lanuza’s newest collection of contemporary poetry that lends itself to the idea of giving ourselves second chances. These self-healing poems and words draw on central themes of self-love, self-discovery, and empowerment. In order to survive the vicissitudes of life, You Are Here boldly reminds readers to always choose themselves, and in times where it seems impossible, to find the courage and strength to start anew.

The City in the Middle of the Night

January is a dying planet--divided between a permanently frozen darkness on one side, and blazing endless sunshine on the other. Humanity clings to life, spread across two archaic cities built in the sliver of habitable dusk.

But life inside the cities is just as dangerous as the uninhabitable wastelands outside.

Sophie, a student and reluctant revolutionary, is supposed to be dead, after being exiled into the night. Saved only by forming an unusual bond with the enigmatic beasts who roam the ice, Sophie vows to stay hidden from the world, hoping she can heal.

But fate has other plans--and Sophie's ensuing odyssey and the ragtag family she finds will change the entire world.

Stargazing at Noon

In this collection, Amanda Torroni expands on her previously published chapbook, Stargazing at Noon, adding over seventy poems and brand-new material. Torroni writes about intimacy, distance, the body, self-doubt, nostalgia, and love—both lost and found. Her poems weave disparate source material into beautiful metaphor; readers are as likely to find Plato and neurological terminology as they are moonlit lovers and broken hearts.

A Gentlewoman's Guide to Murder

The shocking murder of Sir Henry Claybourne leaves Regency London shaken and horror-struck. But for genteel spinster Miss Emmeline St. Germaine, the crime slices far too close to home. Just hours before the knight's death she held a dagger to him, threatening him to stay silent as she rescued a scullery maid he had procured for his pleasure.

Did the man—or woman—who murdered the knight know of her visit? Her secret identity at risk, her reputation and life in jeopardy, Emmeline must solve the crime or face scandalous exposure and ruination, or worse—the hangman's noose—for a crime she did not commit.

American Spy

It’s 1986, the heart of the Cold War, and Marie Mitchell is an intelligence officer with the FBI. She’s brilliant, but she’s also a young black woman working in an old boys’ club. Her career has stalled out, she’s overlooked for every high-profile squad, and her days are filled with monotonous paperwork. So when she’s given the opportunity to join a shadowy task force aimed at undermining Thomas Sankara, the charismatic revolutionary president of Burkina Faso whose Communist ideology has made him a target for American intervention, she says yes. Yes, even though she secretly admires the work Sankara is doing for his country. Yes, even though she is still grieving the mysterious death of her sister, whose example led Marie to this career path in the first place. Yes, even though a furious part of her suspects she’s being offered the job because of her appearance and not her talent.

In the year that follows, Marie will observe Sankara, seduce him, and ultimately have a hand in the coup that will bring him down. But doing so will change everything she believes about what it means to be a spy, a lover, a sister, and a good American.

  • The book appears to be inspired by Jessica Bruder's non fiction book of the same name

  • Zhao said she will once again be using a mix of professional actors and non-actors
