(Original tweet in Spanish) Rosanna barro, who works for the Morelia international film festival (one of the most important festivals in Mexico and Latin America) has revealed that a group chat exists with several unnamed Mexican actresses plotting against the actress from Oaxaca, so she does not get any Ariel nominations (Mexican version of the 'Oscar) from the Mexican academy of cinematographic arts and sciences.

Yesterday, AMPAS announced their intention to present four Oscars during commercial breaks to save time during the broadcast - Cinematography, Editing, Hair and Makeup, and Live Action Short Film (check out the ONTD post here). The outcry on film twitter was loud and immediate, and now some directors are speaking up.
