Добавить размороженную гавайскую смесь и обжарить в течение 5 минут. Влить белое вино и выпарить его. Когда влаги почти не останется, вмешать в паэлью сливочное масло и тертый сыр. Мешать деревянной лопаткой до полного растворения масла и сыра. В конце добавить резаный базилик. Выложить горочкой и украсить свежей зеленью.
