Chain stitch – ch

Double crochet / Single crochet – dc / sc

Half treble / Half double crochet – h.tr / h.dc

3 half treble / half double crochet puff stitch – pff.st : yarn over hook, insert hook into ch (or space of 2 ch) and draw yarn up. Repeat this step 2 times (work in the same ch or space f 2 ch). Yarn over hook and draw through 6 loops, yarn over hook and draw through all loops.

Row 1: 1 ch miss, * 1 dc/sc in next, 2 ch miss, 1ch, 2 pff.st separated by 1 ch in next, 1 ch, 2 pff.st separated by 1 ch in next ch, 2 ch miss, 1 ch; rep from*, 1 dc/sc in last ch, turn.

Row 2: 4 ch, 1tr/dc in dc/sc below, * 5ch, 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in dc/sc below; rep from*, 5 ch, 1tr/dc + 1ch + 1tr/dc in dc/sc below, turn.

Row 3: 4ch, 2 pff.st separated by 1 ch in space of 1 ch below, 1ch, 1tr/dc in space of 1 ch between two middle pff.sts below, * 1 ch, 4 pff.st separated by 1 ch in space of 2 ch, 1ch, 1tr/dc in space of 1 ch between two middle pff.sts below, rep from* 1 ch, 2 pff.st separated by 1 ch in space of 4 ch below, 1ch+1tr/dc in the same space, turn.

Row 4: 3ch, *1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in dc/sc below, 5ch; rep from*, 1tr/dc + 1ch + 1tr/dc in dc/sc below, 3 ch, 1 dc/sc in third ch, turn.

Row 5: 3 ch, * 4 pff.st separated by 1 ch in space of 2 ch, 1ch, 1tr/dc in space of 1 ch between two middle pff.sts below, 1 ch, rep from*, 4 pff.st separated by 1 ch in space of 2 ch, 1ch, 1 dc/sc in first ch below, turn.

Row 6: 4 ch, 1tr/dc in dc/sc below, * 5ch, 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in dc/sc below; rep from*, 5 ch, 1tr/dc + 1ch + 1tr/dc in second ch below, turn.

Repeat rows 3 - 6 until you have reached your desired length.
