Так у неё в комментариях есть краткое описание: 51 stitches on 15.0 mm needles, first 5 rows k3 p3, then alternating knitting a row and purling a row, so you have 30 rows all together and the cast off is where you corset it together, then knit 2 mini-scarfs 5 stitches 30 rows down but near the end you k2tog k1 k2tog then k3tog and tie off for the tapered end. weave the non-tapered end onto the bottom side of the brim and your done!
