Мне сегодня открылоась связь. Вышла на свет Божий. Гарик Сукачев, группировка Ленинград, Billy's Band - что общего? Несравнимые жанры, разные судьбы.. Есть общие черты, есть откровенные противоположности. Но сравнивать не принято. И все же при прослушивании порой осознаешь- есть нечто связующее, есть что-то скрытое и очень явное, что связывет эти таланты крепкой нитью. И сегодня меня осенило- Tom Waits.

Эти три музыки- его энергетика, его манера мышления и его способ подачи идеи.. Их сценический образ тоже схож с образом Тома. Да и вдохновлялись они, по крайней мере, Сукачев и Билли- творчеством Тома. Но все-таки главное- энергетика...да.
