1.‎LAVROV DETONATES "BOMB": NOW WIVES OF AMERICAN DIPLOMATS WILL BECOME CLEANERS‎

‎2.By Friday evening it was clear: we got it. Judging by the latest statements of the Foreign Ministry, Russia "landed" the United States: 10 employees of the American Embassy will be expelled, and Russian citizens are now forbidden to hire at the embassy. The next step is to declare persona non grata itself the ambassador of the overseas superpower.‎

3.‎Moscow accepted Washington's challenge, demonstrating to the United States that it is ready to communicate at the highest level, to find a way out of the deadlock created by the Americans in bilateral relations, too, but only on an equal footing.‎

4.‎How the American authorities will react to the public slap, Russia does not care, because its own feelings Americans did not take into account when they started the sanctions war. So the phenomenal U.S. misunderstanding of Russia hit the boomerang on Washington.‎

5.‎What Lavrov said‎

6.‎Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference that President Vladimir Putin's aide Yuri Ushakov recommended that U.S. Ambassador John Sullivan go to Washington to "conduct detailed, serious consultations there." Lavrov recalled that since March 21, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov is in Moscow, where he conducts such consultations. Reciprocity requires the same from Sullivan, who has stated that he is not going to leave Moscow. The Russian Foreign Minister stressed: "The situation is quite multi-layered, it needs to be sorted out in detail."‎

7.‎In the language of diplomacy, this means that if the American ambassador does not leave voluntarily and maintaining the appearance of dignity, he will be expelled at the next turn of the party.‎

8.‎Lavrov also said that in response to similar U.S. actions, Russia will send 10 American diplomats and put 8 high-ranking officials on its blacklist.‎

9.‎The rules of the American diplomatic missions in Russia are being tightened. In particular, the practice of hiring citizens of Russia and third countries for work in them is stopped, unlimited travel of State Department employees on short-term trips to work in diplomatic missions in our country is prohibited. Russia also denounces an agreement allowing diplomats of a certain rank to travel outside their bases.‎

10.‎Lavrov explained why this is done: "Between our countries there is a treaty on so-called open land, under which certain categories of diplomats - senior members of these requirements - from the adviser and below, it is necessary to notify the authorities of the host country about when one of these employees is going to travel over a 25-mile radius around the capital or the city where the Consulate General is located. Americans completely ignore the requirements of any notifications to send. We have decided to start the process of denouncing this agreement. And we will probably approach the trips of diplomats outside the cities of their bases individually."‎

11.‎Let's repeat: it is impossible to imagine more rigid diplomatic steps not that difficult, but impossible.‎

‎12.The cup of patience was filled with another incident involving the staff of the U.S. military attache, who, according to Lavrov, "without any notice traveled to Central Russia" and "the question of the relevant representatives, why the notifications are not with them - no copies, nothing was done at all - simply ignored: they said that they would not do it."‎

13.‎The Russian minister informed that Russia will stop the activities of American funds that interfere in the country's policy, but the retaliatory "painful measures for American business" will keep "pro-stock." So Lavrov made it clear that Moscow is ready for a protracted sanctions war with the United States. He honestly admitted that Russia does not have "comparable levers of influence on the United States" in the economic sphere, but "we have found and will find a way out from any situation".‎

14.‎We draw conclusions‎

‎15.Thus, it is time for the United States to "pay the price" for its policy towards Russia, where Americans - unlike most other countries in the world - are not considered "untouchables". Earlier, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Sakharova warned of an "inevitable response" to Washington's new sanctions, stressing that their introduction called into question the feasibility of the use of the dollar and the reliability of U.S.-controlled payment mechanisms.‎

‎16.In short, what they fought for, and the Americans ran into. They were even answered with a reserve. They will no longer be able to interfere with our internal affairs with the same ease, brazenly spy, destabilize the situation in the country, using their diplomatic missions and NGOs as "headquarters" in the hybrid war with Russia. Moscow understands that it has nothing to lose and that it cannot lose its main honour.‎

‎17.How the U.S. will respond to the lesson he taught, we'll see. Since Americans understand and respect only power, it should impress them. Russians, guided by the rule "do what you have to do, and whatever happens," their answer is not interesting at all. Let them do what they want. In the meantime, the wives of American diplomats seem to have to work as cleaners in their embassy and consulates in Russia - instead of its citizens and representatives of third countries. Otherwise, they will quickly grow in mud. Everything in this world has to be paid for.‎
