There's no room in the kitchen? Or maybe your kitchen is not small, but just littered with unnecessary junk, which is time to get rid of?
Let's start cleaning!
What exactly is going to go to the trash?

1. Yellowed magnets and old notes on the fridge
Look at your fridge: is it hung with magnets and notes with reminders of three years ago? No, we do not offer you to throw all the magnets from travel: after all, it is a memory of happy summer moments. But do all your magnets have real value? Even magnets (sometimes not the cutest) in the form of symbols of the coming year, which we are given every New Year? Or magnets with advertising, which for free in stores?

Save only what is dear to the heart, and then the wall of the refrigerator will cease to be a collection of "all sorts" and will really please the eye.
2. Plastic bags from the supermarket
Absolutely every kitchen has a "package package" or a box with bags. No, of course, it has a certain meaning, and for sure most of the packages you need. Someday, maybe, it's not a fact.
In general, audit and throw away at least half of the packages. You can only leave a few large packages (for garbage) and a couple of medium (just in case). And that's it. Understand, packages accumulate for years (go to the supermarket - take a package for products, buy a new skirt or jacket - the seller puts them in a beautiful package), and how many of them you use a second time? Just remember: stashing bags is a stupid habit to get rid of.

4.
, . , . ?
First, chipped can hurt the lips, secondly, a cup with a crack can burst when you pour boiling water into it, thirdly, in chipped piles dirt, which is almost impossible to remove with a normal sponge, fourth, to store in the house broken dishes - it's bad luck. It is believed that through these small cracks from the house "run away" affluence and happiness. Of course, you don't have to be afraid of superstitions, but still the old mugs are best sent to the bin.

5. Cracked plates
It's the same with cracked plates. Imagine what would happen if the plate fell apart right in your hands (and it will be scorching soup or hot roast). We think it won't be the best meal of your life.
In addition, very often for coloring dishes use substances containing salts of harmful metals (cobalt, boron or cadmium). As long as the icing is intact, everything is fine. But if there is a crack or chipped, the poisons will slowly poison your food. Bottom line: as soon as you saw a broken plate - say goodbye to it once and for all.

6. Small garbage from boxes
What just do not filled boxes kitchen headset: there you can find small sauces, napkins, gum, sticks that went complete with food from the delivery service. A few tubes for cocktails, a couple of disposable cups, remnants of foil for baking, packaging from a set of sponges... Well, you get it. Different garbage that is long overdue to throw away.
Do the cleaning in the drawers and you will be surprised how much space there is in your kitchen.

7. Empty glass jars and unnecessary plastic containers
It seems that glass jars and plastic containers are necessary things in the household. But sometimes they accumulate so much that they occupy a whole box. Why do you need so much?
Think about which containers you use all the time and which containers not to use at all. Leave only the necessary, and the rest take to the cottage or give to the neighbors. But from the extra glass cans you can make beautiful lanterns for the garden and hang them on the site (also they can turn into original candlesticks or vases). No summer cottages? Then we just throw it away.

8. Washed cotton towels
Another kitchen trouble - faded and washed towels, resembling trimmings from an old sheet. They still have a bad smell that can't be taken out. Familiar? Let's fix the situation: we advise you to buy a new set of kitchen towels or even replace them with paper towels in a roll.

If you decide not to give up the usual cotton towels, then make sure that fresh towels appear in the kitchen once a week.
9. Plastic cutting boards
Would you like to add a secret ingredient to your dish... Plastic! When you cut the food on a plastic board, a sharp knife cuts not only vegetables or meat, but also the surface of the board. Thus, in your dinner get pieces of plastic: you will not notice it, but they will still be there.
Therefore, we change plastic boards to wooden boards (must be made of bamboo or hemei rubber wood), silicone or glass: they are eco-friendly and safe.

10. Old dishwasher sponges
Every self-respecting hostess knows that old sponges for washing dishes are the main breeding ground of bacteria. But for some reason,"overdue" sponges still continue to lie at the sink.
The sponge should be changed at least once every two weeks (better more often). If the new sponge is contaminated too quickly (say, in a couple of days), heat it in the microwave for one to two minutes: germs and bad smell will disappear. Just let's not fanaticism: throw away the sponge before it turns into a shambles.

11. Outdated cookbooks
Each house has several cookbooks that we got from our grandmothers. And there really are recipes for all times. But only when you need to prepare an original dish or update in your head the recipe of your favorite pancakes, you do not look into the good old book, and quickly enter in the search browser "Fences on kefir recipe." And after a couple of hours, delicious tortillas are on the table, and the book is so left to dust on the shelf.

It is good if the cookbooks are quietly waiting in the wings (will they wait?) in the home library, but very often they lie in the most prominent place in the kitchen. It's one thing if you collect author's editions from the best chefs in the world (and read them) and want to show off your collection in front of guests. Another thing - when books are not used for 15 years, and they just clutter the kitchen.
12. Overdue products
Ideally, to carry out a general cleaning in the kitchen. Throw away a jar of dried ketchup, collect pasta scattered all over the closet, remove from the refrigerator jam with mold and leftover old cheese.
These products are already dangerous and you definitely will not eat them. In addition, they take up a lot of space and spoil the general look of the kitchen (and the mood of the hostess). In a word: throw it away!
