For that you should make an immersion(not sure for spelling), you should be for some time among English people or among people who speak English. At our institute we had such immersions, we went to some plase for a week(it was some pansionate(is there such ward in English?:)) we leaved there for a week and we could speak only English, If somebody hear you - you have punishment then. For ex.you have to say English alphabet other verse from end to beginning...and so on. When I came back from immersion I could think in English...it's great!
Or you get equented a black boy as you write in diary:) or go to visit London...

Unfortunately, I have no opportunity to spend my time among English people. Our institute thinks that we needn't it. So it doesn't suggest us anything. We had only one hour to speak with Amerikan people... But what is an hour?(((
