"Howard why did you punch your little friend in the nose?" Howard's mom said waving a fork in his face. A piece of brisket hung to the fork and Howard growled at her. It had been a week since the punching incident.
"He's Mickey's boyfriend, ma," said Howard sighing, wondering why he was being scolded for something that was a week old. "And they had sex, Mickey admitted to that. I had to punch him."
"Did you apologize?" asked Howard's mom. "You know how hard it was for Mickey to probably even date another man.. You know how her life with your father was!"
