The “Steinerner J"ager” (literally "Stony Hunter") is a 1185 m high secondary summit of the Schieferstein mountain (1206 m) in the Enns valley, Upper Austria. According to legend, it is a hunter who was turned to stone after killing a mysterious white deer.

Flowering Japanese Cherry trees at the Royce Pollard Japanese Friendship Garden on the Clark College campus in Vancouver, Washington. The garden was a gift from Dr. Chihiro Kanagawa, CEO of Shin-Etsu Chemical Company, parent company of SEH America. The garden was named the friendship garden in honor of former Vancouver Mayor Royce E. Pollard. The garden was dedicated on April 20, 2012 and besides the Cherry trees, includes a wandering path, earth mounds, stone fountain. Japanese black pine, Japanese maple and 100 Shirofugen cherry trees that were planted in 1990 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Earth Day. Cherry trees in full bloom along the northern end of Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland, Oregon. One hundred Cherry trees (Prunus x yedoensis ‘Akebono’) were planted over thirty years ago next to a section of the park known as the Japanese American Historical Plaza dedicated to Japanese Americans who were incarcerated in internment camps during World War II. 360-degree photo was taken with an Insta360 OneRS camera on March 26, 2025.
