In the Old City, there are a small number of shopping bazaars. Most are very touristy and some overpriced. The Bazaar in the Arab Quarter is perhaps the coolest though, with an authentic Arabian feel uncommon in the west. Prices tend to be negotiable, so don’t be afraid to bargain. If you decide to take a tour of Jerusalem, you will have the opportunity to shop here.

As the largest city in the district of W"urzburg, Ochsenfurt (Oxford) boasts immediate riverside location on the southern river delta of the River Main. The historic old town is surrounded by a nearly complete fortification with numerous city gates and towers. In addition to distinctive individual sights, the half-timbered house as well as modern designed elements such as the "Ox ford" fountain in the old town contribute to the special charm of the city.

The Ramparts Walk is divided into two separate walks, totally just under two miles: the north side walk and the south side walk. Both are included in the admission ticket and both have their differences. The north side walk is the longer of the two and covers a far greater area, from the Jaffa Gate (on the west side of the Old City) to the Lions Gate (on the east side, approaching the Dome of the Rock). The south side walk is shorter but ends at a more convenient location, the Western Wall (or Kotel as it is known in Hebrew). The south side walk begins at the Tower of David (on the west side of the Old City, beside the Jaffa Gate) and continues around to the south side of the city, ending off between the Zion and Dung Gates. On the south side walk, the shorter and easier of the two, one passes by the Tower of David and only crosses over one gate, the Zion Gate. The walk covers the Armenian Quarter and ends at the Jewish Quarter, before the Dung Gate. Included in the sites are many of the Armenian churches and important historical buildings such as the Dormition Abbey and the Church of St. Peter. Additionally, the stables of the Israeli Police can be walked over – the stables a flashback to the times of the old British and Jordanian rule (where horses were used for militaristic purposes). Descending before the Dung Gate it is just a short walk to the Western Wall (Kotel) and the surrounding sites.

The Jayatataka was the baray, a kind of large artificial lake, of King Jayavarman VII, the greatest of the monarchs of the Khmer Empire. The Neak Pean in the center of the Jayatataka was a place of healing for pilgrims in the times of the Angkor Civilization. The purpose of the barays is a matter of debate. Some argue that the barays were mainly used for agriculture and that they played a vital role in the growth of the empire and their subsequent drying up causing the Khmer empire to weaken. Others argue that the barays role in agriculture was not that significant with Cambodia's abundant rains and the waters of the giant Tonle Sap lake nearby. They argue that the barays were more spiritual as representations of the seas around the mythological Mount Meru, abode of the Gods of Hindu myth. Source

Krol Ko (the oxen park) is a Buddhist temple on the site of Angkor in Cambodia. Of modest size, it was erected by Jayavarman VII around 1200 near the northern slope of Baray East, facing the East Mebon. Built in the style of the Bayon there are only a few parts of its outer enclosure and remains in poor condition of the sanctuary, its enclosure, the moats and basins and some ancillary buildings. Its decoration is scarce Source
