Dieburg is a city and a center in southern Hesse. New and old are united in the total building complex of Dieburg City Hall. The new building was moved in the late seventies. The two buildings, right and left, were built in 1828. The municipal administration offices house the meeting rooms of the municipal and political groups and all administrative offices. On May 12, 2018, the territory of the former Barnaul Silver Factory was partially cleared. About 80 people took part in this event. Barnaul Silver Factory was city-forming enterprise for barnaul, but now it is the complex of monuments of federal significance. This complex need restoration, but it may suffer from the construction and functioning of a shopping center nearby. Such events like that teach people of Barnaul to appreciate their history and take care of its preservation.

Cable car takes visitors from the northwest edge of the Carmel at Stella Maris to the end of the Bat Galim promenade and back. On the way down, the blue sea is visible, on the way back up, the Mt. Carmel scenery.

People do really funny things in the Uyuni salt flats in Bolivia......others climb the Jeep and take a picture of them doing funny things...

After the rainy season the salt flats of Bolivia are flooded with water. We were lucky and arrived on one the second day that the salt flats could be crossed by jeep. The water was still about 10cm high and made it look like a giant mirror.

The INS Mivtach is Israel’s first missile boat built in Cherbourg, France and launched in 1967 with a crew of 40. After many wars and many successes, the INS Mivtach was decommissioned in 1996 and transferred to the museum with much difficulty. Today, you can board the ship and see for yourself the inner workings of naval vessels, complete with realistic sounds and commands on recordings in the various control rooms
