As a result of growth our company looks for Senior Technical Support Engineers.

We welcome the candidates who meet the following requirements:

• WindowsNT/2000/XP/2003 administration experience
• Experience with UNIX systems
• Network administration experience
• RDBMS administration experience (MSSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2)
• Web Server and servlet runners administration experience (Web Sphere, Tomcat, JRun, IIS)
• Mail Servers administration experience
• Solid understanding of HTTP protocol
• Solid knowledge of the H323, and SIP protocols
• Experience with CTI technologies will be a plus
• Experience with PBX(s) will be a plus
• English (reading\writing\speaking)


Personality characteristics:

• Good communication skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good learnability skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Previous experience of working in Software Technical support – considered as plus but not mandatory requirement, candidates working in the past as DBA, System\Network administrators or developers may fit into our search scope
