Dear mister President Jean-Paul COSTA!
1.On November, 10, 2010 the data card of my complaint has been directed to the European Court of Human Rights with appendices. The given document has been delivered in Court on November, 22, 2010, according to the mail notification of delivery.
To address of the European Court I also have sent the separate letter with the request to provide safety of my complaint from July, 16, 2007 (the letter is delivered in Court on November, 22, 2010, according to the mail notification of delivery).
Unfortunately, for today to me it is not informed about registration of my complaint from November, 10, 2010. I ask to notify me on the fact of registration of the given complaint and to inform about number of the file given to it.
2.For a long time (more than one year) I without results try to receive an information on, whether my complaint from July, 16, 2007 has been considered. The European Court has not answered my numerous messages. Therefore on July, 1, 2010 I have sent a letter for your name, Mr. President, with a mark «to hand personally». The given letters (in translation into English language) has arrived in European Court twice - on August, 3, 2010 and on October, 11, 2010, that is confirmed with assurances of receipt.
I also tried to draw your attention to my letters and complaints with the help of publication of article in the electronic periodical «Bulletin of a civil society » under heading «Whether it is possible to win the European Court?». Dear mister President! I convincingly ask you to give me the information on registration of my complaint from November, 10, 2010 and about consideration (or about absence of the decision on consideration) my Complaint from July, 16, 2007.
