Putin's hybrid war with Ukraine

In mass-media there were messages that Putin war with Ukraine is a know-how of conducting modern wars. Whether truth it? It was not valid till now such wars?

Let's try to disassemble the basic components its basic elements:

1. On the first place there is a powerful state propagation against the purpose-country which it is necessary to occupy.

In understanding of this word "washing of brains" first of all to the own population and that part of the population in which territory is put operations are planned. First of all on a Russian-speaking part and ethnic Russian.

As well to send the armies without recognition symbols. In this question Hitler was on some usages  more gumanly Putin. Truth only time and the weapon another... Also it is necessary to count up at least approximately who remains in live after 3rd world nuclear war... If certainly the Earth still remains.
