Key West is probably one of the strangest places in the U.S. Picture a tiny island that is filled with drag queens, cabaret shows, bars, tourists, and the a collection of the most bizarre human beings one could encounter. Every day seems like Halloween. Sasha is here with the feature act from a show who calls himself (herself?) "Sushi" :)
I love Moscow so much... the culture, the history, the bars... but most of all I love meeting new people and making new friends. I met this fine individual at the exhibition center at VDHKh. We had a nice time together...
It was my first time in Serbia, so when I arrived I was ready for almost anything. Travel books say that it is not the most beautiful city in the world - which is true from an asthetic standpoint. Otherwise, I disagree. Belgrade is a bit run-down looking but it really is beautiful once you get to know the city. You just can't help but love it. The people are among the nicest and most hospitable I have met. (This is really signifigant considering my nationality.) Aside from the people, this city must have the best nightlife in Europe - and this was said by several French, German, and British people I met there. All in all, I am definitely going back at some point hopefully when it is warmer and the women have less clothing on;)
Dogs... you give and give and they just keep on taking! I work all day and he just lies around the house watching TV. I buy him several nice Christmas presents, and what does he give me? Not a damn thing. Typical!
In the US we have white-trash. In Europe, we have Eurotrash:) You know, the guys named something like "Fabrizio," who have the flowing hair, the mock-turle neck in July, and those wonderful pointed shoes. This fine specimen was spotted on the streets of Riga, however, his species can be found all over the streets of Europe, prowling nightclubs and cafes, reading poetry, or slipping ecstacy into women's drinks. :)
It appears that he committed LiveInternet suicide and signed off for the last time. This is bad. Why, you ask? Because I already am short of people who speak some degree of English, and can understand my poor Russian writing. Add to the fact that I only he was the only guy on my list of regulars... this is sad indeed. Natasha is probably the one who should be held accountable for this disaster I think. I believe an investigation is in order. First suspect: Ms. Marchenko.
