anyway you can test spss on another mac first? i found that office programs are very different for mac than they are for windows. might be just an office thing, since i'm sure microsoft isn't too happy for people to use on mac but could be other programs as well.

i hear of windows running on macs but never of os running on pc. hope it works out.
