Double crochet / Single crochet – dc/sc

Half treble / half double crochet – h.tr / h.dc

Stitch – st

Popcorn stitch of 7 dc/sc – popcorn st: work 7 dc/sc in the 2nd ch, drop the loop from your hook.

Insert your hook from back to front under the top 2 loops of the first dc/sc of the group and grab the dropped loop.

Pull it through the stitch.

Foundation Chain: Multiples of 6 + 2

Row 1: Skip 1ch, * 1dc/sc in next ch, 3ch, skip 2ch; rep from *, 1dc/sc in last ch, turn.

Row 2: Make 4ch, * 1dc/sc in space of 3ch, 3ch, 1 popcorn st in 2nd ch (of next 3ch), 3ch; rep from *, 1dc/sc in space of 3ch, 3ch, 1 popcorn st in 2nd ch, 1ch, 1h.tr / h.dc in last dc/sc below, turn.

Row 3: Make 1ch and 1dc/sc in h.tr/.dc below, * 3ch, 1dc/sc in space of 3ch; rep from *, 3ch, 1dc/sc in space of 4ch, turn.

Row 4: Make 4ch, * 1 popcorn st in 2nd ch, 3ch, 1dc/sc in space of 3ch, 3ch; rep from *, 1 popcorn st in 2nd ch, 3ch, 1dc/sc in last space of 3ch, 1ch, 1h.tr / h.dc in last dc/sc below, turn.

Row 5: Repeat Row 3.

Repeat rows 2 - 5 until you have reached your desired length.
