On the last page many of you thought Karuna talks through the birds. He does, but only in special cases like communicating to Nero! The deer understand halves  they've been implied to carry messages afterall  but I've made the choice not to textualize their speech to keep their air of mystery. So what Nero and Runi's shrikes spoke to Loudkill, they spoke from themselves.

Also! I got back from holiday travels and I'm currently flooded with DMs, comments, tags, art theft, questions, gift art and whatnot on multiple sites. My social bars are on red and they will be for a while (Christmas does that to a hermit), and that's why I'm not going to force myself yet. This is why there's no gift art linked this time, I see them and I'll get to them later when I'm more human again!
