Commissioned piece I did a while back! I actually did this before the release of Pokйmon Legends: Arceus and looking back this really reminds me of the gameplay and how the game feels. An Edo-period inspired trainer discovering a huge Mega Swampert, just living cozily in his marshland home. I think this must be my most elaborate Japanese style inspired piece yet.
