As we were eagerly moving to other systems, we expected to meet others, to find something more... ...only to find more of the same. It doesn't matter what kind of race you are - we are all the same, dependant on resources, survival... ...on eating each other. We made alliances, fought wars against others and against our own kind. We built new civilizations and thought they would last, only to find echoes of the same civilizations buried right under them. Neverending, everlasting chaos of life... ...life that, on the grand scale, doesn't give a damn about individual, nation, planet or a whole galactic empire... ...and there is no pleasant way out of it... ...at least the sunrises are still fu*king amazing...
