This type was suggested by Mrmitten (happy birthday, my friend!) and is loosely based on the mythological lightning bird! As a Limited and Legendary-type Plumey, they are only available for a short time!

Izulu Plumey (Lengendary Type)
Height / Wing Length: 8.8 - 13.6" (22.4 - 34.5 cm) / 10.2 - 16.8" (25.9 - 42.7 cm)
Plumage: White, light silver, or pale gold with darker edges on the wings; the thickness of the darker area on the wings varies and can sometimes result in an all-dark or all-light individual; head plume is split mush like a swallow's tail with long trailing accent feathers (see image)
Diet: Omnivore (will need access to fresh blood once a month)
Favorite Food: Rare or medium-rare meat
Superstition: This type is said to increase the lifespan and promote the innate magical abilities of the family line they are bonded to, especially those they favor the most.
Traits: Confident (near arrogant), proper, superiority complex, aggressive when insulted, does not stand for insults or criticism, extraordinarily intelligent, they consider conflict beneath them but they will lash out if pressed, very difficult to earn their respect, very protective of those they do care for, their personality is best described as direct and no-nonsense, supportive of their chosen family's endeavors, attempts to guide their chosen family towards greater power and wealth without sacrificing honor, they pick up other languages with little problem
Magic: Electrical magic, electrical dash (the Izulu Plumey converts its entire body into electricity and travels near the speed of light to a chosen location before reverting back; like teleportation), magic protection (can protect those they are in contact with from the effects of damaging magic), illumination (causes their body and plumage to glow at various intensities), can summon an obscuring fog or a raging storm to a mid-sized city area
