The Academy of Evil Chapter 1: Welcome to the Academy
Amberley's comments in panel 2 should be pretty self explanatory on what the Academy's deal is and how they keep from getting shut down for teaching kids to be evil.
The note Madame Amberley handed to Gregory says "Welcome to the worst school! You're in Igma's class! Enjoy!" Welp, looks like Igma's class is about to get a new student. It's the class where the worst students end up. Basically the meanest and most violent, the truly evil among children.
Cameo of Jessica Turnry in panel 3. She's still a student at the Academy, she had transferred to a different class. Also an appearance of the hall monitor kid.
