This was made out of boredom with classic 90s PPG hearts and fitting Pop'n Music 4 Poet clip art. I'd like to make this a game genre propaganda just for fun because I know most of toxic Smash fans wants to see Doom Slayer in Smash but I don't think he might make it, despite the most-requested character list and the balanced genre and popularity in Smash series.

Trivia:
Pop'n Music was released two months before The Powerpuff Girls in the same year record setting although the game's art style reminds me of the show because I assumed it was identified much cartoonish like that by most people during these days.
