Last year more than one billion animals have died in Australia. Australin Fire services and volunteers is doing all they can to save wild animals in dangerous areas burning from forest fires.

I tried to help Australian surviving koalas, kangaroos and other endemic animals. I painted six animals on a burnt wooden slices: emu ostrich, platypus, kangaroo, koala, numbat and sulphurcrestedcockatoo.
