practice: water, clouds?, bubble movement

Right now, I'm trying to draw every pokemon. This is not in order and just which pokemon i feel like drawing.
sometimes i forget which pokemon i repeated so in that case i might pokemon the next day.
god i'm so bad at clouds and water {mostly water though :/}
