Lapras having fled to bodies of freshwater after being overhunted in the ocean. They are much more reclusive than Kantonian Lapras and have the ability to emit a stange mist from tubes in their shells which allows them to completely disappear. They communicate using a strange, haunting melody and if cornered, they let out a horrible incomprehensible noise to drive foes away.
