This scene in particular involves Nexus-Earth 1295's Titanzilla coming to the rescue of Godzooky who wound up on Nexus-Earth 1295 due to the random portals opening up and bringing in either parts, whole worlds or just random people from other universes, causing an Influx started by Demon Lord Janemba's Reality Warping abilities getting a massive boost thanks to The Reality Gem. (Reality Stone for you MCU fans)

But Godzooky wound up getting into trouble by encountering Aggregate Destroyah's, also from another reality. The small pack of vermin (Small by Kaiju standards) seeing the chance at a new meal.
