This Early Cretaceous Oviraptorosaur from northern China has a name meaning 'tail feather' because, as you might guess, those happened to be very well preserved in the first fossils found. This, and other oviraptorosaurs like it, are considered so bird-like that there's been some debate as to whether they count as nonavian dinosaurs, or are in fact just flightless birds.
The inflatable throat sac is purely speculative on my part; there's no evidence for or against it.
