Time to try something new! I've been watching videos by OliveCow and HoneyBeest on Youtube, where they use Instagram-style mood boards for character design inspiration! If you want to know what this is, and what I'm planning to do with it, go take a look at those. They're awesome, and explain way better than I can.

Essentially though, I'm doing something like the example at the top of the page. Taking a set of images, and using colors and ideas from them to design a character. If you're interested in buying one, or getting a custom, please read the Prices/Rules section carefully, and then send me a note with a filled-out version of the form at the bottom of the page.


A quick note. I'm keeping Rooster-chan. I wanted an example to show for this, but I like them to much to give them up. They are my OC now.

None of the photos used in the boards above are mine. I lay no claim to them, and I am using them as inspiration only. Most of them were found on Pintrest, and I don't have the original sources to give credit to. If you see one of your images, or an image you have reason to believe someone would not be ok with me using, please let me know. I will ether give proper credit for it or remove/blur it out.

The pre-made boards above can only be bought by one person. If multiple people make claims before I can reply, the oldest claim will get the character. The custom boards will stay open until I close commissions again.


I WILL NOT BE COPYING ANY SPECIFIC THING FROM A PHOTO! This is important. I will include elements that are similar the the photos given, but I will not specifically copy anything over. Inspiration and color pallets only.


If you buy one of the pre-made boards, you may choose a gender/gender expression for the character, as well as request a specific personality/attitude.


For any board, pre-made or custom, you can chose if you want an anthro character or a feral one. You could also chose options like making them a pony, pony-hybrid, dragon, ect.


For custom boards, you may ONLY SUBMIT PHOTOS! No digital/traditional art please.


Do NOT submit NSFW photos or other content. I will not draw characters with mature or suggestive themes.


You are more than welcome to submit photos you have taken yourself, or even pictures of pets you would like me to turn into characters.


If you want a custom board, you can ether submit a full set of nine pictures, or give me just give me a few images and let me build the rest of the board around them. Or, you could just ask for a specific color, animal, or theme, and let me build the whole board myself.


If I help you build a board, or make a surprise board off a prompt, I will show it to you before starting on the character.


If possible, I would like to keep the boards to strong themes and/or color pallets. If you want to submit your own set of images, try to keep them coherent, as in the examples above. You're more than welcome to do multiple colors and such, but look for things that will go together.




Lastly: NO EDITS. What you get at the end of the process is what you get. You are more than welcome to change the character however you want on your own, but I will not be making changes to the image.
